The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) offers confidential consultations with experienced professionals to help in assessing your situation and offer you resources and options to address your concerns. The EAP can assist in accessing needed services from an employee`s selected health care provider, as well as assisting with referrals to community resources and various WSU services.
Generally, EAP services do not involve more than five sessions per individual contact ( BPPM 60.86). There is no cost to employees for EAP services. However, EAP does not pay for services you may be referred to. Such costs are the responsibility of the employee.
